Exhibitors’ Terms and Conditions
1. Exhibitor space must remain intact and manned throughout the hours of the event and may not be dismantled prior to the closing of the event. The loading dock will not be available for breakdown prior to the close of the event. If you break down your space prior to the end of the event you will be banned from setting up at future shows. Attendees have paid for the ability to shop with Vendors and Exhibitors and expect them to be set up during event hours.
2. Exhibitors must comply with all local, state and federal laws, and will not hold management liable for any breaches, losses, or damage to themselves or their property. All exhibitors agree to hold harmless Doodles Productions, LLC and all Doodles Productions staff members and workers against any loss, damage, theft, expenses, claims or actions arising from any personal or property damage, loss or theft due to said exhibitors participation in a Doodles Productions event.
3. In addition, all vendors/exhibitors acknowledge that Doodles Productions and all Doodles Productions staff members, workers, employees and agents, will NOT provide or maintain insurance coverage for vendors/exhibitors persons or property, and it is their sole responsibility to obtain insurance covering loss.
4. No exhibitor may sublet his/her booth either entirely or partially. Products, exhibitors or individuals other than those specified in the application may be shown or advertised at the booth.
5. All merchandise bought or sold at a Doodles Productions event is done strictly between Exhibitors/Vendors and attendees/buyers, Doodles Productions is not party to or responsible in any way for any transactions made between said parties
6. No sharp objects, tazers or weapons vendors allowed.
7. No vape, tobacco or any type of smoking sales or paraphernalia are allowed.
8. State tax is the responsibility of the exhibitor to collect according to state laws.
9. No exhibit may block or interfere with other exhibits or with the aisle space. Any damage caused to the building or its furnishings by the Exhibitor/Vendor are the sole responsibility of the Exhibitor/Vendor.
10. Cancellation policy: In the event of cancellation by Exhibitor, the amounts collected are non-refundable and shall be retained by Doodles Productions as liquidated damages.
11. Abandoned Property: Any property not removed from the event space during move out times will be considered abandoned by the Exhibitor.
12. Solicitation is prohibited on the event floor except by exhibitors within their booked space. Solicitation of events is prohibited.
13. Any promotional materials placed or distributed outside the exhibitor’s booth without the prior written consent of Management will be removed and discarded.
14. Tents are not allowed.
15. AI-generated products. Products created with artificial intelligence without substancial creative input from the exhibitor or the artist they represent are not permitted.
16, Original, transformative, or licensed works only. There is a strict difference between legitimate design and piracy. Creating unique parodies, using legally licensed stock assets, or selling your original art is welcome. Ripping trademarked images (like Mofusand or Labubu) from the internet to print on merchandise is not. If you do not own the art or the commercial license to use it, you cannot sell it at POP Cats.
17. Use of POP Cats name and logo. The POP Cats name and logo are trademarks of Doodles Productions, LLC and may not be used by exhibitors without prior written permission from Management.
18. Breeders and cloned cats. Breeders and cloned cats are not permitted at POP Cats events. The sale or promotion of kittens or cats by breeders is also not permitted. POP Cats supports local cat rescues in each city it visits, and this policy is consistent with its mission of promoting cat adoption.
19. Doodles Productions reserves the right to change, amend, and add to the rules and regulations of the show at anytime. In the event that new rules are added that prevent you from selling or showcasing your core product, you will be notified.
